Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Vionchi piece as much as we loved creating it.
If something isn’t perfect, we’re here to make it right.

Eligibility:

• You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

• Due to hygiene reasons, nose pins and earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Process:

1. Contact our support team at returns@vionchi.com with your order number.

2. We’ll guide you through the return steps and provide a return address.

3. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.
